Dynasty Restaurant was opened back in 1997. The owner Timothy Kei loves to eat, and couldn't find some good Chinese restaurants in the area, so he opened his own. The focus of Dynasty Restaurant is Cantonese Cuisine, made from fresh, lightly seasoned ingredients. Instead of trying to enhance the flavor with heavy, gravy-like sauce from typical Chinese restaurants, we use fresh, quality ingredients. Ginger, Garlic & vegetable oil are used when enhancing each dish.
